The Lake House: The main residence offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms — a king primary suite and two queen guest rooms — anchored by an upstairs balcony with a private hot tub and unobstructed Payette Lake views. The kitchen is outfitted with Thermador appliances, a built-in gas cooktop, and a pebble ice maker. Gather around the firepit in the evening, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, or settle into one of the lounge chairs and let the lake do the rest.

The Lakeside Hideaway: A completely separate residence with its own private entrance, full kitchen, and two additional bedrooms. The Hideaway offers privacy and independence within the same stunning lakefront setting — ideal for guests who want their own space while staying connected to the group.

The Dock & Waterfront: The private dock is the centerpiece of summer at Payette Lake. Tie up your boat overnight, launch from the swim ladder, or store your Sea-Doos on the two onsite cradles. The lawn, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining area, and firepit complete a waterfront setup that is genuinely hard to find in McCall at any price.

Self-check in via key obtained from a digital lock box for the Lake House and a digital keyless system for the Hideaway Apartment. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests at noon two days prior to arrival.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

Guests can park in front of the garage doors. There is no indoor or garage parking with this stay.

Trash day is Monday.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.

All reservations must submit identification and sign an Idaho Maven rental agreement within 72 hours of booking or prior to stay, whichever comes sooner.
